Revenue is the Inflow(Incoming of the money)of the company and expense is the outflow(outgoing of the money) of the company.
For example, Lets say ….In your company you are manufacturing cars and you have sold the finished goods(cars) to the customer.
so whatever money you get for your sales is what we call Revenue.
 The cash which went out of the company for producing your goods is called expense.
