Money Market:
In money market the company or government raise their money from selling their securities like bills of exchange ,commercial paper,certificate of deposit etc.. to the public for short term i.e less than one year called money market .
Capital Market:
In Capital market the company or government raise their money from selling their stocks or bonds to the public for long term i.e more than one year called Capital market. capital market is more riskier than money market.
